Dr. Lykins has worked with companies, large and small, across an array of industries as varied as retail, manufacturing, high technology, natural resources, telecommunications, financial services, entertainment, energy, shipping and transportation.  Dr. Lykins has helped businesses reshape their strategic direction, manage corporate mergers, identify their key strengths and opportunities for improvement and re-energize their corporate cultures.  He possesses an enormous breadth of experience, a wealth of insights, inexhaustible passion and intensity and, most importantly, an unsurpassed record of success in transforming organizations worldwide.

Dr. Keith Lykins is founder and president of Lykins International.  He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and has assisted some of the world's most prestigious and successful enterprises, including AT&T, Colgate-Palmolive, General Motors, Hallmark, Nestlé, Nokia, Shell, Sony and others.  Prior to founding Lykins International, he was with International Survey Research (now the employee survey arm of Willis Towers Watson), first as a senior consultant in their Chicago headquarters and then as Managing Director of their Pacific Rim region based in Melbourne, Australia.  He began his career with AT&T where he managed their organization-wide employee survey, directed research activities for their leadership assessment center programs and conducted employee selection and development efforts. Having both corporate and consulting experience gives him the internal and external perspective that is so important for understanding his clients’ competitive environment.

Dr. Lykins has a profound belief in the power of people to transform organizations.  He has devoted his career to helping companies systematically leverage their intellectual capital - the insights and ideas of their senior leaders and employees - to improve organizational effectiveness, foster more inspired leadership, increase employee engagement, enhance the customer relationship, ensure the success of mergers and acquisitions, revitalize the organizational culture and boost overall morale.  He brings far more to his client relationships than simply his professional credentials and experience.  He is an accomplished jazz musician who infuses energy, creativity and artistry into everything he does.  He has travelled extensively around the world – 58 countries and six continents to date – as both a business consultant and adventurer.  He has explored the jungles of Central America, marveled at the other-worldly landscape of Patagonia, mingled with mountain gorillas in Rwanda, journeyed by rail across Russia and Mongolia, trekked the Great Wall of China and traversed the sun-burnt outback of Australia.  His global experiences and interactions with people from all corners of the planet have been invaluable for developing a keen understanding and sensitivity regarding world cultures that makes him uniquely effective in working with multi-cultural and international organizations.
